From KKI - King’s Kids International / YWAM

In Honor and Appreciation for Loren

from the KKI (King’s Kids International/YWAM) Global Ministry Family.

We as KKI/YWAM are grateful beyond words for Loren’s life, leadership, and championing relational investment in each one of us who were privileged to know him personally, and for all who have been blessed so greatly by his faithful walk with our Father, inspiring them to know God and make Him Known throughout the nations.

No one was seen by Loren as being less worthy or insignificant and no obstacle great enough to hinder the purposes of God which he saw through Jesus' eyes of faith.

We as KKI are particularly grateful for all the ways he and Darlene championed and encouraged us as a KKI ministry movement from our very beginning in Kona in1976.

Loren challenged us as KKI (known often as King’s Kids) not to be limited to being an organization that simply runs programs for children, youth, families and the generations, but to realize God was calling us to become a movement alongside the rest of YWAM, walking together in unity and diversity, having a clearly defined KKI statement of purpose, with defined core values in harmony with YWAM’s values and Kingdom-minded spheres of relationship within the Body of Christ.

So many of us in KKI have been truly blessed by all the ways we have seen and come to know Jesus, the Holy Spirit and Our Heavenly Father through Loren’s life and what was formed of God’s Kingdom on earth through him and those many who joined him throughout the nations. In particular, his leadership in ending bible poverty–including those of every spoken language–in his recent years has greatly impacted all of us, and has impacted/is impacting the Kingdom.

Now more than ever, Loren steps into the fullness of what he has been prepared for throughout this life on earth, with the affirmation of His Father and ours ringing in his ears. “Well done good and faithful servant, enter into the reward that has been prepared for you!”

Grateful beyond words and excited with Loren for what is beyond for him and each of us who hope wholeheartedly in Jesus and His Kingdom come.

Dale Kauffman, KKI Founder, on behalf of KKI International
